West Ham fans posed with souvenirs from The Boleyn Ground (left) after ripping seats (main), signs and hoardings from their home of 112 years on a historic night which was marred by violent clashes and the bottling of Manchester United's team coach.
Riot police were drafted in to shield the bus (bottom right) as the scenes of celebration turned ugly ahead of last night's match.
Smoke bombs and flares were thrown and a police officer and member of the public injured but Scotland Yard said no arrests had been made.
Mobile photo footage, filmed by 23-year-old United midfielder Jesse Lingard (inset), showed the Premier League club's stars huddled in the aisle of the coach as missiles were hurled from rival home supporters.
A fireworks and laser show took place to celebrate the final game to be played at the Boleyn, which West Ham won 3-2, before supporters were pictured leaving the ground under the watchful eye of police (top right).
