What a beautiful bird! Busty Bella Hadid ruffles feathers in eye-popping gown on photoshoot in Cannes... but is quickly upstaged by gatecrashing HAWKS

Bella of the ball: Bella Hadid looked sensational as she prepared for a photoshoot on a rooftop in Cannes
They always says never work with children or animals.

And Bella Hadid will certainly agree after a photoshoot in Cannes this week.

The stunning model was the centre of attention at an uber-glam editorial at the Martinez hotel on the French Riviera as she struck a pose in a very daring gown.

The star's figure was on full display in the yellow, green and black number, which ensured her assets were on show.

With her hair perfectly coiffed in a glossy top knot and her make-up professionally applied by a nearby member of her glam squad, the beauty was ready to rule the roost.

High flyer: However, one of the extras on set had other ideas - the shoot was quickly interrupted by a pair of feisty hawks
However, one of the extras on set had other ideas - the shoot was quickly interrupted by a pair of feisty hawks.

The birds of prey soon took centre stage from the catwalk queen, as it and a fellow feathered friend - believed to be a pet - landed on the edge of the rooftop and started dramatically flapping their wings.

Teamwork: The crew tried to get rid of the birds who had brought the shoot to a standstill
Bella cracked up at the situation, howling with laughter alongside her make-up artist.

The beauty's easy manner on set is a far cry from claims she had a 'bratty' attitude during a recent trip to Australia.

But The Daily Telegraph reports Bella displayed a diva attitude after she asked to swap hotels because she did not want to be disturbed by preparations for a local half marathon.

She eventually checked in at the nearby The Old Clare hotel, where she charged $1,000 for an overnight stay in the penthouse.

The model's team was also reportedly unhappy with the scale of the security provided, claiming it wasn't as extensive as her sister Gigi's during her trip to Sydney last year
