Family torn apart by MS804 disaster: Three children under the age of six are orphaned after their parents were killed in EgyptAir crash while they were waiting at the airport to welcome them home

One boy and two girls (pictured top), who are all under six, were left heartbroken when their father Ahmed el-Ashry and mother Reham Mosad didn't make it back to Cairo International Airport.

The loss is particularly poignant as their mother was returning to Cairo from Paris, where she had successfully beaten cancer after her husband used all of his savings to pay for the high-quality treatment.

The couple (top right) had travelled to Paris a month ago leaving the children with their grandmother.
