The Dead Or Alive star seemed in good spirits on the outing, smoking a cigarette and chatting with a friend as they soaked up the sunshine.

At one point, the star opted to hold his shorts in his hands, showing off his impressive tattoo collection, which included stars across the back of his legs and a butterfly on his thigh.

He finished off the look with a pair of cosy looking black boots and a tan cross body bag.

His cosmetic surgery past has been well documented and he openly admits to spending most of his life savings on reconstructive surgery to correct a botched lip procedure that took 18 months to correct.

Despite receiving £450,000 in compensation for his plight, the star was declared bankrupt in 2015.

As well as reconstructive surgery, he has had dermal fillers in his lips, cheek implants, several nose jobs and used to sport an array of facial piercings that he admitted he had done because he was 'bored.'

Speaking about his cosmetic procedures in 2011, the star revealed the terrifying side effect surgery had on him, as he opened up about when his lip implants became infected.

'My doctor punctured it and the yellow discharge that came out filled two mugs,' he told new! magazine.

'I was put on antibiotics but my whole face began to swell.'
