The supermodel's friends planned an elegant private dinner at PHD Rooftop Lounge Sunday, and dropped an astounding $15k just on flowers -- which included 1,000 tailor-made roses imported from Holland, literally bearing the birthday girl's name.
The "Red Naomi" roses -- delivered by Angelica Flowers and Events -- are known for their long stems, "smooth, velvety shade and the best petal count." And yeah, NC was the grower's inspiration.
Usher, Diddy, "Empire" co-star Jussie Smollett and model Maria Borges were among the guests.
We're told friends had this surprise in the works for some time, which also included an extravagant cake that mirrored her new coffee table book.
