She's known for her clean cut sense of style.

So it came as a surprise when Amy Childs got down and dirty as she prepared for the upcoming Cancer Research UK's Race For Life Pretty Muddy event.

The 25-year-old former TOWIE star practically spilled out of her tiny hot pink sport bra as a trainer put her through her paces on Monday morning at her local park in Brentwood, Essex.

 Covered in a generous sprinkling of mud, the beauty wore a pair of work-out leggings which show off her toned pins as she ran forth.

At another point, the former beautician put on yet another incredibly busty display as she crawled through a tunnel- the mud.

Whilst Amy was dirty, she ensured that her fingers were manicured to perfection and her signature glamorous make-up look was immaculate as ever.

Her big pouty lips were out-lined to pink perfection and her dramatic lash-heavy smoky eyes looked as if she were ready for a night out.

The stunner's fiery red locks were slicked back in to a casual ponytail as a look of dedication overtook her face.

She went on to showcase her tiny waist as she lifted a heavy pink tire, which she made look easy.

Amy went on to the do the standard- yet difficult- exercise of hopping through tyres and managed to not take a tumble.

She has previously completed a Race for Life 5k and is now encouraging women from across the UK to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

'If I can get Pretty Muddy, anyone can, so come on ladies, get involved and sign yourself up at raceforlife.org,' she enthused.

Cancer Research UK is urging all women to stand together and join the pink army by signing up to take part in the Race for Life, in partnership with Tesco.

Amy has also been keeping herself busy with a slew of other projects, mostly to do with her fashion line.

She has also been dating her boyfriend Dino Warren since March and the duo stepped out in style at Danielle Lloyd's engagement party last week.

In February, Amy denied claims she had enjoyed a steamy kiss with model Sam Reece - famous for being the ex of Stephanie Davis.

Following reports of their 'passionate' clinch in a nightclub, a representative for both the 23-year-old model and the sprightly TV personality denied the news - explaining the pair 'are just friends'.

Speaking to MailOnline, the insider explained: ‘Amy and Sam bumped into each other on Tuesday night. They’re both single and get on well, but are just friends.'
