Kourtney is seen laughing away as she is almost pushed off her feet as they walk through the snow-capped landscape at Iceland’s famous Gullfoss waterfall.
Holding onto her pals the mum of three is dressed for the elements in a cosy army-print padded jacket and lace-up boots.
The diminutive star was also seen getting a lift out of the group's massive truck from her towering bodyguard, giggling as she was placed carefully on the ground.
Kourtney's three children nor her ex-partner Scott Disick seem to be on the trip as he was pictured at music festival Coachella in Indio, California over the weekend.
On Wednesday it was time for Kourtney and co to head back home, as the star and her sister Kim were pictured arriving in Los Angeles, looking tired after a ten hour flight.
The birthday celebrations continued for lucky Kourtney once they were back home though, as she shared a Snapchat to show off some beautiful flower arrangements which welcomed her back.
