Pistol-packing Rihanna almost bares it all in just a thong and VERY see-through negligee in sensuous shoot for her new video Needed Me

Rihanna set pulses racing on Wednesday with scintillating photos from her latest music video.

The 28-year-old wears just a thong and a barely-there see through robe, proudly showcasing her flawless figure.

Fans were ravenously waiting for noon to arrive so they could see the full video for Needed Me

'#NEEDEDMEVIDEO by Harmony Korine #TODAY #NOON #VEVO,' she captioned each of the five  Instagram pics, each more revealing than the last.

The photos show the singer striding through a house in the flowing floor-length sheer white robe, obscuring absolutely none of her near-naked frame.

Besides the tiny white lacy underwear, the only only thing she wears is a pearl choker, gold rings and a pendant of Africa.

Her only other accessory is a silver handgun with matching silencer.

Harmony Korine, who is best known for writing the films Kids and Spring Breakers, has directed a number of music videos for the likes of Sonic Youth and The Black Keys.

Riri also shared a sixth, blurrier photo - a black and white closeup in which she smokes a suspicious-looking cigarette.

'Just because it’s 420,' she captioned it, referring to the date of April 20, which is unofficially 'national weed day' in America.

The date 'stems' from the widely used code-term 420 that refers to marijuana, although no one is quite certain where the phrase originated from.

When the video did finally drop at noon Eastern Time, it turned out to be way more racy than than even the photos suggested.

Shot completely in high def slow mo, it shows Rihanna making her way through a strip club with lots of twerking nakedness.

Amidst some very NSFW lyrics, she ends the video in a private room at the back where she executes a heavily tattooed man dead, shooting him a number of times in the chest at point blank range.

This same week Rihanna moved ahead of the Beatles in the total number of weeks spent at no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Work, her first single from her latest album Anti, brought her to the 60 week mark for all her songs, moving her into second place, behind only Mariah Carey who has spent a total of 79 weeks at the top so far.

Rihanna's relatively swift ascension to the record can be chalked down to her guest vocals and collaborations with other artists, which contribute to her overall score.
