And Lauren Goodger showcased the fruits of her labour in a steamy gym selfie that she posted to her Instagram account on Friday.

The 29-year-old former TOWIE star flaunted her enviably toned abs and shapely legs as she elongated her trim figure after an intense workout.

Donning a racy black sports bra and skintight blue workout leggings, the reality star showcased every inch of her svelte physique.

Scraping her long brunette tresses into a high ponytail, the Essex stunner appeared to go make-up free for the gruelling fitness session.

And the brunette beauty shared another super sexy snap with her 646,000 Instagram followers on Tuesday.

She looked stunning in the shot, as she pulled her best pout while proffering a hint of her ample cleavage in the saucy selfie.


Lauren oozed sex appeal in the racy image in which she flaunted her expert ability to snap the perfect selfie while seemingly sitting in a car.

Acting to show off her stunning leather jacket in the image, the former reality starlet was also showing off something else - her surgically enhanced assets.

Beyond her leather jacket she wore a scanty lace top which appeared to flash the flesh beneath in an overtly saucy manner.

Lauren pulled her lustrous brunette ponytail over her shoulder - partially obscuring her ample bust yet still proffering a hint of cleavage.

Her astonishingly plump pout was outlined with a pink-hued gloss while her eye make-up was kept relatively minimal.

Her busty shoot comes shortly after the former flame of TV presenter Mark Wright admitted that she was planning a trip back to her cosmetic surgeon because she's concerned about the width of her cleavage.

                                              

Writing in her recent column for New! magazine, Lauren admitted feeling insecure about her chest after people pointed out the size of her gap in pap shots.

'Loads of people said my boobs looked weird and too far apart, and I agree - they did.' The star confessed she was going to book an appointment to get her 34E breast implants checked out.

'I still love my boobs and I'm not planning to have them reduced, but I think I'm going to go back to my surgeon to check they're OK', she added.
