Mayor of Kumasi Evoke Curse with Eggs on Under aged Voters

                 

The Mayor of Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly the Regional Capital of Ashanti region of Ghana, Kojo Bosu together with the Depute Chief of staff of the president of Ghana today storm a polling station where, there is an ongoing registration of new voters for the upcoming national elections in November this year.

The polling agent of the Ruling Government of Ghana, National Democratic Congress (NDC) was questioned by the police officer on duty to provide his accreditation which he could not provide an authentic one by the Electoral Commission (EC) but rather provided a different one which was assigned to him by his party (NDC).


Since he was not having and original accreditation  from the EC, he was then ask to leave the premises but decline not to.As a results he was arrested to the police station.

Twenty (20) minutes after his arrest a convoy came to the polling station which the Mayor of Kumasi and the Depute Chief of Staff came from their vehicles together with more than 15 macho men. The polling agent of the NDC came out of one of the vehicles that arrived at the scene, money was given to him by Kojo Bonsu.

                        
After this the Mayor was given two (2) eggs which he used to evoke curses  on any under aged person and anyone who tries to register a minor in the on going voter registration.

The Chief Linguist of Appiedu which this incident occurred  came to the scene to summoned  the Mayor, Kojo Bonsu to appear the palace of the town for evoking curses on their stool land, which the mayor openly disrespected the Linguist that he war not going to appear at the palace for questioning and quickly moved out of the scene.
