U.S. Attorney Eileen Decker says, "Young victims are harmed every time an image is generated, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed."

If convicted of receiving child porn, Salling faces a minimum sentence of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years in prison. On the charge of possessing child porn, he could receive 20 years.

President Obama Meets with Scarred Survivor of Atomic Bombing During Historic Visit to Hiroshima

President Obama on Friday embraced a survivor of the 1945 Hiroshima bombing and honored the 140,000 Japanese civilians and soldiers killed in the world's first atomic attack.

Obama spoke briefly with two elderly survivors at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park after calling for a world free of nuclear weapons, as he became the first sitting U.S. president to visit the historic site.

He embraced 79-year-old Shigeaki Mori, who was just 8 years old when the bomb detonated 71 years ago. It is unclear what was said, but Mori shed a few tears as Obama patted him on the back.

He shared laughs with 91-year-old Sunao Tsuboi, who leads a survivors' group and still bears the scars of the bombing.

Season 3 of 50 Cent's "Power" Gets Official Air Date

Power has garnered so much buzz that it was awarded a third season. Executive producer and star of the show, 50 Cent, announced on Twitter that the drama will be returning to airwaves nationwide July 17.

Entertainment Weekly shares the news as well, announcing that the Starz show moves to Sunday nights at 9 p.m. EST and is slated for 10 one-hour episodes. It previously aired on Saturdays.

The Rap mogul had hinted on Instagram that the program was returning in June. In an interview with DJ Enuff on The Heavy Hitters Shade 45 radio show, he explains the delay in the premiere.

Patrick & Jill Dempsey Judge Wants Answers Are You Really Divorcing???

Patrick and Jill Dempsey have either reconciled or they've been asleep at the wheel in their divorce case, and now the judge has issued an ultimatum ... get on with the divorce or get it thrown out of court.

Jill filed for divorce from her former "Grey's Anatomy" star hubby in January of last year, but since then there's been no action in the case. Patrick didn't even file a response.

Judge Maren Nelson just sent Jill a legal doc, obtained by TMZ, in which she says the case has been stagnant and Jill hasn't moved for a final judgment.

The doc goes on to say if the foot-dragging persists, the case could be dismissed.

A 71-year-old woman has been told she cannot wed her 21-year-old lover by court officials who fear she has been the victim of an immigration scam.

The great-grandmother, from Switzerland, told the court she loved her Tunisian boyfriend, claiming they shared interests in 'rap music and country walks'.

The man, who was just 18 when the pair met in an internet chatroom, said the age gap didn't matter because he doesn't want to have children.

However the court in Vaud ruled the marriage would be a sham, saying the man was using 'emotional fraud with the aim of migration' to Switzerland.

The dystopian Kowloon Walled City, an overcrowded slum in Hong Kong, was home to more than 30,000 residents, including families, gang members and drug addicts, before it was finally demolished in 1994.

The settlement was a cluster of more than 300 high-rise buildings that were blighted by poverty, gangs, drugs, poor sanitation and inadequate services.
